Over the past few years we have had
innumerable visitors and guests. While this is welcome, it has affected our
everyday work and made life quite difficult.
So we have decided that we will set aside certain dates through the year
to attend to visitors.
It is expected that all people who want to
visit should inform us about their intention well in advance. The purpose and
the schedule of the visit should be mutually worked out and then confirmed
atleast a month before the scheduled date. This will give us enough time to
prepare for / organise the visit.
For most visitors we have organised three
days of field visits and talks during the 2nd / 3rd weekends (Thursday, Friday, Saturday) in January, April, July & October. The schedule for
the three days visit will be shared with you on request and visitors may join in for any one, or two or
three days.
